1. Nexto: AI-Generated Follow-up Tasks
Nexto is an AI-powered Chrome extension designed to analyze email threads and sales call transcripts, generating actionable follow-up tasks in seconds. These tasks are created with due dates, details, and contact information. While the AI-generated tasks offer a starting point, I found it necessary to customize them further in some cases. Nexto also provides simplified account and contact tracking for a high-level overview of upcoming activities. There is a free plan with limited AI capabilities and a premium plan with enhanced AI features and additional AI-generated tasks.

2. CTD: AI-powered Relationship Management
Connect The Dots is an AI-powered platform for relationship mapping and sales enablement. By analyzing metadata from LinkedIn and email, it generates a comprehensive supergraph showcasing your network. It offers a unified view of contacts from professional and personal emails, along with LinkedIn connections, mapping, and scoring relationships for improved insights. While auto integration with Gmail is available, you can manually export LinkedIn contacts to build a sales CRM. Currently, they don’t seem to offer any additional integrations. One interesting feature I tried was the dynamic list creation based on location, titles, industry, etc. There’s a Chrome extension available as well.

3. Sweetspot: AI-Assisted Contract Bidding
Sweetspot provides an AI-powered search engine exclusively designed for government contracts, aiding businesses in the bidding process. It identifies relevant contracts by considering their queries, offered services, and past bidding history. Using a combination of semantic and lexical search methods, it streamlines the often tedious task of navigating government contracts. While there are numerous RFP directories available, I feel Sweetspot stands out by integrating AI technology to enhance its core value proposition. They’re a startup from the current Y Combinator batch and the signup is available via demo only.

4. Lindy: AI Agent
Lindy is an AI platform designed to enhance productivity by acting as a virtual employee capable of performing various tasks without the need for coding. One evident application is in prospecting, where it offers a built-in agent specifically tailored for this purpose. Additionally, users can create agents for other use cases as well. Based on my initial interactions, it can whip up email drafts automatically, although the quality can vary based on the prompts you put in. While Lindy is good at digging into individuals, its company research might need a bit more polishing. (But hey, it’s early days!) They’ve teamed up with n8n(similar to Zapier) to offer over 3,000 integrations., After more than a year of development, the tool is finally open to the public, with a founding team that includes a former Uber product manager. It offers 200 free credits to start with and seems to be based on the OpenAI model.

While it’s possible to create a similar setup within ChatGPT, Maple’s expertise in comprehending founder sales dynamics and custom UI should enhance its effectiveness. The initial step involves gathering information about the product. Notably, the founder boasts a track record of building successful companies over the past 20 years.
